Excellent hotel. Just be aware that parking is not included with your hotel booking and there is a daily charge for parking. Other than that it is definitely a hotel I would use again.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Family suite was smaller than I thought it would be, but still comfortable and very clean. Absolutely loved the pool(s) and the fact there were life guards on duty. Food and drinks were delicious. I also loved that there is a gift shop on site for last minute gifts before heading to airport. Had a great vacation, and look forward to staying again.

The buses run so often to universal parks, we didn't have to wait long. Very convenient. The cost of parking and the functionality of the gate isn't great. Using the key card to open the gate was very unreliable. $49 for 2 days seems a bit much for parking.
