Property was okay, we had stayed there before and had an easier to access and cleaner room. AC started making scary noises on night two and didn’t stop. The bowling alley took our reservation for lunch and then told us they were not going to serve food when we arrived. Loved the hotel the first time, but probably won’t go back again.

Good value for money property with excellent facilities including 2 pools, lazy river, water slides and a well decked out gym. Food options are also good and reasonably priced. The shuttle service to and from Universal City Walk is excellent - we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a bus. Only negative was the slow check in process .

Khaira was exceptionally helpful. Got upgrade to better interior room. This place is easily commutable to multiple orlando attractions such as icon park, disney , universal and airport. Lots of supermarket options around. Better to stay here instead of kissimee or lake buena vista. in close proximity to highways.
