The location and the scenery was top-notch and the view was something to behold if you get a room with a balcony Ocean view. The room was very clean and the hotel wasn’t loud and busy. The restaurant on property S3 is a nice convenient option too! Overall, we had a great day.

Great location! Walkable distance to mall and Ocean Drive! Very nice pool! Nice Restaurants! Property is very clean and safe! Staff was extremely helpful! It’s not cheap, but , hey -it’s Miami! We had good time there! And Will recommend it to families with kids and pets!

We have stayed here several times. Close to restaurants and great views. Room was clean, all staff was amazing and friendly, although the manager was a bit snarky one day.

Add written update resort fee and $300 incidental
Birthday gift. Paid in full before check in. Hotels.com 72969624308488 gave a property fee and as a Hilton member 3172362048 I made a budget for the amount along with parking and possible add on for Hilton resort fee per the written information within both website or invoices. Unknown to me there was an additional $300 hold request for incidentals nothing was in writing for that amount. Very disappointing and an uncomfortable feeling for going until a birthday the next day. Front desk helped offer another hold amount but then I was charged $30-$40 more than what was discussed. Also, ocean view room with balcony requested very dirty glass balcony panels and water leaked from the top floors all-day. Not a good feeling when our windows he balcony.

The property was in a great lication and had nice capabilities. Elevators were not working well, lights in the room were burned out, refills of coffee not always provided. Expenses were ridiculous for everything.

I had a really wonderful time and a beautiful room with great weather. The staff was fantastic and I really enjoyed myself. I also like the pool because it’s the largest pool on a roof deck in Fort Lauderdale.

1 room excellent the other, a low quality motel
Staff was great, we rented two rooms for one night. room 1811 was ok at best for the price. Soap scum and black mold through the shower, exhast fan didnt work nor did all of the lights and the bathroom door didnt latch. Not to mention the dried blood on the bed frame near the balcony... the second room 19 somthing rented was imaculate.
