Was the room perfect? No. But, the bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is doing renos, so understandable. Restaurants were great, area was great, staff were great. No chair in our room was strange. Tv was small and the colour disappeared randomly. Overall, I'd go back for sure!

Perfect place to stay. Convenient to walk to many shops, restaurants etc. definitely will stay again. There was only 15 mins to cruise port. So nice to stay night before or after?

We loved the area, the boat taxi was close by and I recommend everyone do this, great tour and things to do at each stop. The hotel is very convenient to shopping and eating

First, they messed up my reservation. My confirmation email stated I would have a king size bed and at check in they told me the email was sent to me mistakenly and no king beds were available so I had to take a “micro queen” room. I was given a partial credit for the inconvenience. I then head to my room and the property is under construction and messy. Very poor hygiene for customers. The lamp on the right side of the bed didn’t turn on because there was no electricity and the lamp on the left side of the bed didn’t turn off. They sent an employee up to the room and he advised nothing could be done. When I went to the front desk they told me the only solution was to check me out of the hotel. Customer service is not a forte of this hotel and in order to get to my room I had to walk through the construction area which was unsafe.

It is located in the heart of Los Olas for shopping and restaurants. The property is very clean and the staff are are friendly and helpful. TY upgrade would be awesome. TY's that link to your personal apps are very popular and appreciated when traveling for work. More like home.
