Loved staying here! The room was clean and comfortable. Great bars and restaurants conveniently located within the hotel. Walk to the beach was a bit far from our tower but still a great stay.

Honestly I’m pretty dissatisfied for the price of this hotel and it being a “beach front” hotel. The rooms phone didn’t work. The rooms TV remote didn’t work. The only button that thankfully worked was to change the channel going UP, but now down. It’s $55 a night for vallet, it took 30 minutes to get my car because they didn’t know how to drive manual. And that was just one time. Other times it took 20 minutes even using the QR code to retrieve my car before hand. I called and asked for new towels and they NEVER came. I did not have a QR code in my room for in room dining so i called (using my cell phone since my in room phone didn’t work) and they texted me a picture of the menu which is pretty weird. I figured i would have been texted a link from the resort but it was just some dude and his iPhone. Yes it was clean,yes all the staff was nice but for the price the quality you’re getting is not good.

We really enjoyed our stay at the B resort! The ocean was great and so was the pool. The only suggestion I have is having more of a 24/7 grab-and-go option since the coffee bar closes early and there is a grocery store/convenience store close by overall, though it was a great property and stay!

Hidded fees, parking almost $60 per night, with no other places to park without paying, breakfasts was the worst at the cost of $40 per person, Rooms were clean but basic, no ventilation in bathrooms. Not enough seating at the pool. The beach charges for chairs, umbrella etc. Nickel and dimed. Paid for room in advance. Once arriving had to put up $300 for a deposit which will actually go towards unforeseen charge. Never again will i return or use a third party app to book a hotel.
