Easy access to the beach

Situated off the main road so not easy to find but well located to walk to the beach in 1 minute. AC was noisy. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were large but a bit run down.

In need of a renovation

Toilet didn't flush, cold shower for last two days, grubby bathroom, very basic breakfast. I would not recommend this place.

I ended up paying additional 500Php/day for my GF, for the room that is intended for two. The shower head in the toilet is broken, moreover, weird thing was that they do have a water heater attached to lavatory and not to actual shower. CONs- > Location, near to DMall and to the shore

Excellent Service

We stayed three nights in the triple room which was big and spacious and the beds were very comfortable with clean linens. The wifi was Ok but a bit slow. We had a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom and only the hot water faucet in the sink worked. We didn't have hot water at all in the beginning but maintenance came promptly and fixed it, as well as the loose door knob on the bathroom door, even though we hadn't mentioned it. Shampoo, toothbrushes, soap and toilet paper were provided. If you want your room cleaned with fresh towels, you have to let them know. Two pairs of electric sockets are in the room but only good for 2 square prongs so you may need to bring an adapter plug. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had a table on the terrace where we ate our breakfast as the restaurant was being renovated. Renovations were also being done on the 2nd floor but we couldn't hear it inside our room. The hotel is a 3-minute walk to D'Mall but we couldn't hear any noise coming from there. We used the hotel to arrange our Marine Walk Helmet Dive and Island Hopping because they gave us lower rates than the hawkers outside. Pancakes with fruit were on the menu but weren't available, only plain. You have to leave a deposit when you check in for possible damages incurred such as tatoo ink stains on the linens. They return it when you check out, though, if there are no damages.

Breakfast is fixed simple menu not a buffet as expected. Unexpected fee upon arrival of 1500 pesos for a security deposit, cash only, no working ATM near by. Excessive fees at the airport in Boracay and boat terminal. All fees have to be paid in local currency with no ATM nearby.

Convenient location right next to beach

This hotel was pretty good! It's right next to the beach at Station 2 which is really convenient. The room was a good size and clean (same with shower). The breakfast that's included was also good. My only complaints were the wifi was pretty bad and this hotel doesn't give you free water (I think most hotels across SE Asia do??), and the staff were not necessarily the friendliest. For the price though and convenient location I think it's worth it!

It's okay. You get what you pay for.

It was okay, but good for the price; lower than most for type of room. It was near everything. It was quiet, even though Near us are the party spots. The bedroom and bathroom could use some updating. I did NOT LIKE: weak shower, short shower curtain gets bath floor wet, weak on/off wifi, and the ONLY HAVE ONE HAIR DRYER FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL for ALL guest to share, when available.

The hotel was at white beach, 1 min walk to the clear water beach. Room experience was good. complimentary break fast menu can be improved. Front desk Staff very welcoming.

I was glad to have book this hotel! the hotel is quite clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful There is a staff named Joevani. Look for him! He is helpful in finding vendors for the activities. He also knows where are the places to go in Boracay. He is basically our part time tour guide! The other staff were also friendly! Plus, the hotel location is very convenient to famous white beach and D'mall! However, if you are looking for high quality comfort then you might want to try other places. The place is cozy and simple it is definitely a great place especially when you are on a budget trip.

Ideal value for money accommodation

We stayed at the seabird hotel for 4 days. Bathroom is clean, bed is comfy, so basically there was no problem with the room. Seabird is conveniently located at station 2 wherein our favorite restaurants are located. Beachfront area is not too crowded and it just took us less than a minute to get there. Hotel staff were amiable and hospitable.

Good value Hotel only a minute away from the beach

This is actually our second time staying in this cosy hotel.The hotel is situated only a few meters away from the beach,shops and restaurants. For the price for the room rates this is indeed value for your money. Our stay was further made more pleasant by the very helpful staffs especially Rovie Arinez, Joevani. Joevani even helped us to book and accompanied us during our different sea sports activities. He even toke great pics and videos on our cameras and mobile phones. Everything you need is within walking distance. Nearby are D'Mall, Budget Supermarket, Eateries, Pubs, Souvenirs shops, Sea Sports Activities, Massage Spas, etc..
