The staff was friendly in person, on the phone very rude. There was a strike going in outside so they claimed they had no room service even though we had gotten room service a day earlier. The protesters were on the gathering right under our window in the alley so from 7 am to 8 pm, this is all we heard (horns and banging). Room was ok beds comfy but tv was horrible and to watch a movie you had to rent for $20. Bathroom had rust everywhere and bathtub didn’t hold water. They have signs in common areas that say please keep quiet for guests but that didn’t help anything. People yelling and running all night and early mornings! I would not stay here again. Checked out and went to the Hilton by the airport, it was phenomenal.

Workers on strike
Union workers were picketing outside! Very loud. No room service or restaurant. No cleaning of room. The staff was very nice! Just did not feel like we have the full experience of staying in a nice hotel.

The hotel is beautiful a d staff at front desk wonderful but the picket line kept us from valet parking and we were stuck listening to them at 7am .. sincerely wish you the best of luck but the strike does hurt the stay

It took us almost two hours to check in. It's an old building and we could hear our next door. The walls built very thin to today's standard. We could hear the elevator all night going up and down.
