Great location. Old building, I am sure it was a very impressive hotel in 1920s, but not anymore. I was given a full bed for two people when clearly the reservation stated 2. Air conditioning unit right next to the bed with air flowing directly on us, freezing with it but hot and humid without it. Extremely small room, no place to put luggage- suitcases and clothes had to be on the floor. While the room was clean there was mildew in the shower and the rug was so old you could smell the decades. Perhaps upper floor rooms are better but this one on the second floor was terrible or maybe it was because we booked through Expedia, not sure.

The Parker House is a beautiful grand old hotel with a very interesting history. It's well maintained. The room was small by today's standards, but beautifully furnished.

Omni Parket House provides old-world charm, like stepping back in time. From the lobby to the dining room, and even the starwells on the lower level, you can imagine it is a past century, and it is within walking distance of actual history. The staff are also positive, generating a warm energy that genuinely makes you feel welcome - a feat that is not easy when dealing with hundreds of guests, but at which they never fail.
