Overall, our stay was okay and we do recommend this hotel, especially for the location. We did have an incident with our bathroom shower head falling apart but after our stay, a representative from the hotel assisted us with the issue. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

Super convenient location. We parked and walked to concert, comedy show, dinner and Boston Library. Hotel is nicely appointed and staff is friendly.
