On the 1st night of check in my wife noticed an asian lady beetle on the desk. I thought it was a lady bug and flushed it. However there were 4 on the ceilng and 3 more that i killed that flew onto the desk. Now if i and my wife were squeamish we would have switched rooms as offered by the staff. To my wifes point probably in more than 1 room. The property manager stated someone would reach out however i did not hear back. On top of the cold pool and whirlpool broken, We really had no other issues. I did take pics and video of the insects however just wanted them to be aware. Let this take nothing from the staff...They were very friendly and polite

This is unfair
Ourroom smelled like something died . We told them they apologized and said they had no more rooms. Others left because of this .I booked another room at the hotel next door . They said since i booked threw 3rd party they couldnt give me a refund but have the 3rd party call and i would get refundedbut when they were called they denied the refund .The clerk said he just returned from his vacation and said he didnt know what was going on .I paid alot of money for a roo. I could.not even use. Very upset.

Very Happy
Very pleasant experience all around. Warm greeting upon arrival, front desk was a pleasure to chat with on our snack run, and the continental breakfast was the most impressive I've ever seen at a hotel. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel itself wasn't bad, and pretty much what you'd expect for the low price, but we were there from Monday through Friday and room service never came to clean our room. They came once while we were still in the room but left when they saw us there, and never came back. Had to go ask for fresh towels and they never emptied our trash. The employers were pretty nice and probably would've had the room cleaned while we were gone if we had asked, but you don't need to ask at any other hotel I've been to. The shower was pretty used and bare bones but again, I'd expect that for the price. Nice hotel overal, but on the fence about going again

Breakfast was under staffed and some items ran out and didn't get replaced. Our shower curtains were dirty and moldy and the tub not cleaned. The bedroom itself was okay. Rest of our stay was fine.

It was great for what we needed. Breakfast was amazing too! It’s easy to miss the turn into the lot so be careful with that. The pool and gym are pretty small too so didn’t get much use out of that. But the room was perfect!
