Not as nice as some Marriotts I’ve stayed at, bathrooms need some attention. The remote to our tv was barely working, some buttons didn’t work at all. Overall, we felt like it was clean enough and safe enough for what we wanted on short notice during the Halloween season.

Very Enjoyable. Hope to be back again!
The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We spent the night to visit Salem and they let us know the best way to get there. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and BYO Breakfast bar! Room was spacious enough for the 5 of us, clean and cozy.

It was a great room, very clean. The staff were above and beyond helpful and it was greatly appreciated. My only concern was we were told the room was cleaned every other day but ours was not cleaned in the 3 nights we were there. But due to the outstanding service it was really a non issue

The breakfast was fine, service okay but the room sub par. Very low, lumby and broken beds. No linens or pillows for the trundle. Overall very disappointing.

Check in they told us the wrong room number. Carried all of our bags to the room, couldn’t get in. Had to go back down, was told she wrote down the wrong room number. Not that serious, just annoying. Shower was dirty. Hair and mold in the shower. Trundle bed mattress had blood stain on it.

Front desk was so helpful and nice. The location is a little hard to drive into and there’s a fee for the parking, but everything else was fine. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice enough to give and heat up gluten free muffins during breakfast. It is a short drive from Salem, which is why I chose it.

Well before I arrived I called for a late check in. I was told no problem. When I arrived 9pm They told me I was already checked in. I didn't understand how but they gave me 2 keys and told me to have a nice night. When I went to open the door, I tried twice but the inside lock was on. Someone was already in my room. I went back to the front desk and they didn't understand what happened but gave me another room. This new room smelled like cigarettes. I wanted to change rooms but was concerned there would be more issues so I just stayed. No one should have to settle after paying the money we paid , especially for a Marriott hotel. Besides the smell, the air/heater barely worked and the tub looked dirty and stained. The toilet would flush when it wanted to and run on occasion. When on vacation I tend not to have to work on plumbing while relaxing. Upon leaving I was asked how my stay was but the receptionist was having arguments with 3 separate guest and 1 Marriott employee. So we just told her everything was fine with our stay and left in a hurry, fearing something else might happen. Now I have to make sure no other fees were issued to my stay because of the mix up in rooms. I now have a different opinion about Marriott hotels.

My stay at Springhill Marriot Resort
Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and really smelled when fan was running. Toilet handle didn’t work properly. Had to take cover off toilet tank and jiggle float to make the water fill the tank to flush. Whirlpool wasn’t working. Breakfast was good.

Front desk service and maintenance service was excellent. In our room, sink was clogged and the A/C would not turn on but maintenance was quick to response. Bathroom has hair on the floor and rust Built up.
