The check in staff needs to make visitors aware that a $100 extra charge will be added prior to your stay. I’m still waiting for that extra charge to be removed from my bank account!!!

The property was nice and very festive. I have no complaint about the room, amenities or the staff for the most part. There was an issue with what ended up being an issue with the lock. Me, my daughter and my 4 month pregnant wife were locked out of our room for over an hour. The properties fix for this because the room was booked through a third party vendor(Travelocity) the only compensation that she could offer would be free breakfast buffets. Very disappointing

The staff are not only very professional and committed to exceeding any expectations a guest could have. They are also refreshingly sincere and genuine in their efforts to make one feel like royalty as well as family during their stay. Our concierge/hotel guest services manager Chase, went above and beyond to make our stay and experience one we wont forget!

Old! Right out of the early 2000’s decor. Expensive drinks. $20 for a glass of wine. The staff is nice and helpful but the property needs updating and it’s not that high end. After a weekend stay we still had $300 worth of charges from having some drinks for two nights. We got the king suite and we’re not impressed

Room was dirty, stains on light shade and walls. Carpet edges covered with lint. Small ants walking around coffee maker. Wood surfaces, especially doors were covered with fingerprints and grime. Lake view sliding door glass interior dirty with smears and spills. Room service, ordered omelet with 4 choices, only got 2 and they delivered order without our coffee. Furniture, smeared up and chair leg support very thick with dust. This property could be fixed easily with proper management of housekeeping, procedures and processes. The room rates are high, shouldn’t have these issues at this price point.

We brought our dog and stayed on the dog friendly floor which seemed to be more dilapidated than the rest of the hotel. It was obvious the room hadn’t been updated in several years and wasn’t cleaned well; grime in the corners of the carpet, dusty fixtures etc. We were also disappointed that the hiking that was mentioned on the website was about a mile away and across the street. They did have some green areas but mostly we walked our dog in a parking lot, although it was a large parking lot. The food was average and overpriced but the coffee from the coffee shop was great as well as most of the staff we encountered. They were friendly and provided good customer service although it did appear that they were understaffed. They also advertised EV chargers and when we called to confirm this they reported there were “many” but none visible in the parking lot upon arrival. The next day we inquired with the front desk who said the chargers were located in the parking garage which is an addition fee. Upon locating the singular, not many, EV charger in the parking garage we discovered it did not have a cord and was just an outlet so we charged offsite which was inconvenient. We did utilize the spa during our stay and that was a lovely experience with all the amenities you’d except from a higher end spa.

This is a fairy tale stay. I feel like a queen every time I come here. It is wonderful place. We had a lake view this time from our balcony. It left me in awe. We plan to come during the Christmas season which we have been before. It is amazing all decorated for the holiday season. You won’t be disappointed. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Great mattress! Service is always welcoming and helpful. It is also very quiet. I can’t say enough about this place.

We checked in, room was beautiful. Went to the outdoor pool which was so relaxing with towels available and good music. Went to dinner and their food and service were amazing. The balcony was so nice in our room. Bed was so comfortable. Nice place to unwind ❤️
