The check in staff needs to make visitors aware that a $100 extra charge will be added prior to your stay. I’m still waiting for that extra charge to be removed from my bank account!!!

The property was nice and very festive. I have no complaint about the room, amenities or the staff for the most part. There was an issue with what ended up being an issue with the lock. Me, my daughter and my 4 month pregnant wife were locked out of our room for over an hour. The properties fix for this because the room was booked through a third party vendor(Travelocity) the only compensation that she could offer would be free breakfast buffets. Very disappointing

My wife and I had an unforgettable stay at Chateau On The Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with incredible service and breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special shoutout to Jake, who took care of us our first night—he went above and beyond to make our evening special. Every detail of our stay was top-notch, from the excellent food to the cozy room with a view. Can’t recommend this place enough for a truly rejuvenating escape.

Hits and misses at this hotel. Love the bar, water garden lobby, sweet shoppe, glass elevators, outside dining area overlooking pool/tennis courts/Table Rock. Would be nice if Atrium cafe had less fancy food since the Chateau Grille has a fancy menu and the Deli cafe is not open in the Fall/Winter. Ice cream and chocolate chip cookie at the sweet shoppe was so good! Very friendly staff, especially the Doormen/Valet guys! Needs free access to drinking water via bottled water in rooms or water machine alongside ice machines. I saw one guy bring in a gallon of drinking water. Needs room remodel by removing carpet and replacing with stained concrete, fresh paint, along with better maintenance on air vent filters(ours was stopped up). Citrus toiletries would be nice, as the rosemary geranium is too licorice smelling. I love that the bedding was fresh/clean! Shower pressure ok, sink pressure could be better. A few updates/changes and I would stay here every visit to Branson!

We have been coming here since it opened. Nice amenities, friendly and helpful staff. Doesnt seem like it has been renovated since the 90's though. For what you pay for your stay you would expect they could make upgrades to their tv's,carpet,paint,etc.

There wasn’t cleaning room service in the three days we stayed. The hotel need to do some maintenance cause we find the furniture an flooring a bit old. We asked for the anniversary upgrade combo but by the time we arrived to the room, berrys were already rotten so we couldn’t eat any, we just enjoyed the wine. The plate with the rotten food remained al the days of our stay because we didn’t have any cleaning service at all. We end up thinking about it was a expensive fee for the service that we got.
