Good property. Safe. Activities for families. Waterfront very pretty. Friendly staff. Units need updating. Had trouble finding the correct building in the dark. Please provide big lighted signs showing the building numbers at the parking entrances.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the maintenance . We had an issue with our heater, they couldn’t repair in a timely manner, so they switched our room. The maintenance man retrieved our new keys and help us move into our new room.

Our condo was great! Very clean and well kept. The amenities you are aloud to use in the resort are great for families with children! Close to silver dollar city. They also had some free Christmas activities while we were there!

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, and the quality of the towels and bedding was impressive. However, I would suggest reconsidering the check-in and check-out times. With check-in starting at 5 PM and check-out at 10 AM, it can create some challenges for guests. A more flexible schedule would enhance the experience. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The condo was very clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay until the last night when we had neighbors move into the rooms on both sides of us. The walls are very thin and we could hear their TVs blaring until midnight on both sides of us.

The room has very thin walls and ceilings. We could hear everything going on above us and to the side. We were only given 1 trash bag for 4 day and 1 roll of toilet paper. The room I booked had an electric fireplace. We you pay more for the fireplace you should probably tell them that it is a cheap electric fireplace. It would be hard pressed for me to stay there again.

The location by SDC is nice. The property is fine. But the heavy-handed communications are ridiculous and provide wrong information. Plus, the indoor pool is still not ready…after seven years. Again ridiculous. The see are the reasons we did not take the tour and set up another visit.
