Puffins retreat is a deceptively spacious modern holiday home tucked away in a quiet residential area yet just a few minutes walk to all the amenities of the vibrant village of Braunton and less than 2 miles to the 3 mile expanse of golden sand beach at Saunton Sands.  Presented in a modern contemporary style with an open plan living space on the ground floor and three attractive bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor.  A small fully enclosed courtyard provides ample space for alfresco dining.  A great area for a traditional beach holiday or a base for exploring this wonderful part of North Devon no matter what the season.

Great location, and good set up for multi generation family
It’s a good property, nicely decorated, good sized rooms for 4 adults and 2 children The kitchen is well equipped. The shower is good There is a small downstairs toilet and sink which is great It’s a property for dogs, not we didn’t have any, not the cleaning was very good, so we didn’t notice any dog smells The only downsides are 1. No outside tap to wash wetsuits, in braunton, next to surf beaches, which is a shame. 2 the parking is on slope, and my car scraped in the pavement when parking with passengers in, damaging my car a little, it’s a bmw 3 series estate 3. The outside space is neat but rarely gets sun, so not ideal to sit In But I still give it very good ratings as a lovely place to stay
