Great Location, Nice View
Great location for attending event at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. The apartment is spacious & has its own parking facilities & nice view from both rooms. Check-in is quick & easy. It was great to receive a phone call the day to confirm arrival time & parking arrangement. Will stay there again!

Unfortunately a miss on this stay.
I can’t fault the staff in general. Very friendly and always accommodating at all 4 times I’ve booked at this hotel, unfortunately this time round the cleanliness was a bit disappointing. The couch in my room was absolutely disgusting, with overall dirt discoloration and multiple stains of some kind of fluid. Flipping the pillows to find a cleaner side resulted in finding someone’s socks/ or underwear. A few other issues with edging of floors needed a proper mop and dust on fans but thats only small compared to the state of that couch. Slight little hiccup on Monday with an elevator being out of order and causing chaos and looong wait times to get in and out (some patrons waiting 30mins) but that’s something out of their control do I don’t fault them for that.

Overall room was nice and a great view from the 29th floor, apon checking in it wasnt communicated very well about access to the carparking and the electronic pin codes to access are in not user friendly access

Clean and tidy, staff at counter were lovely. let us leave our car there after check out to go get breakfast first and assisted us when leaving to get the car out. Will stay again. Good location and city view is pretty nice too.

Foyer had a displeasing smell. The ensuite shower drastically leaked as well as the fan cover being off. No dish cloth to wipe benches or minimal dishes. Couch uncomfortable. Cigarette butts along the back wall of the pool. Upon arrival there was a random dirty face washer laying on the bed.

Bed was 2 singles put together and kept coming apart and was annoying throughout the whole stay and uncomfortable. Lobby smelt like garbage and was very unpleasant smell when entering and exiting. Issue with key and couldn’t return home after a night out and had to call someone to fix it

One of the best properties I have ever stayed … location is so convenient and saved slot in parking 🅿️. I got my meetings in city and the cafés are on walking distance so saved my time … and the apertment have the best VIEW of city , water and mountains

It was fairly average cleaning of the unit wasn’t the best toilet seat broken dishwasher shelf broken cleaning staff entered property mid week left towels in bathroom clean sheets on bed shampoos etc on kitchen bench One lift was out of order for entire stay leaving 2 lifts accessible only causing large delays in accessing our 8th floor
