Good stay if you’re shorter then 6 feet tall
Stayed for one night with my wife. Had a corner king room. Staff were great - food was good - only complaint is the washroom in my room. I’m 6’2” and had to crouch in order to take a shower. Ceiling in the shower was very low and shower head was below my neck.

The hotel was a little out of the way from our destination, downtown Oakville. It was a short Uber ride maybe 7 minutes to the main strip with lots of shopping and restaurants. Another positive is the hotel is close to the highway giving you easy access to Toronto or Burlington. The hotel was also very close to the Go Station for those that don’t mind a bit of a walk. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Worst night Possible.
I. Couldn't breathe, the room was stuffy.There was no windows to open.The heat pump unit was so noisy.I could not sleep . It took a full day for my sinus to clear . All I got was a crap apology in the morning . I will never stay in your hotel again

Our one night stay was fine.. We were only there to get ready for an event and then to sleep. We did notice though that the hvac unit sounded like a jet engine when it turned on and ran very loud.

I have stayed multiple times at this property. Easy parking, clean and accessible to all of Oakville. Only knock is that hallways are a little dated (carpets) and doors are very loud

The manager Helen was very sympathique and give us an very good service but for the guy at the reception when we check in was not friendly at all. The hotel need to be remodel, the carpet is more then discusting in the hall on floor 5.
