Consistently comfy, practical, good!
Always comfy and clean and always accommodate my request for room in floor 1. This last time it was a new person at front desk, so i had to ask for it…. Usually the requests are always met and ready when i check in, but the room was revised swiftly.

Overall impression of a classy place to stay . I was surprised to learn it has only 3 star rating.Good food and friendly staff. But... Room prices were fluctuating way too much from day to day !

Had a vehicle stolen over night , staff not helpful , seemed to be a nuisance , including management . Mysteriously those 2 cameras covering the area are on but not recording . When asking the staff later that day and the next morning to the night auditor , not much of a response or sign of any concern . The rest of the hotel is ok .
