I was very disappointed. Forthe price point I would have expected a way better room. We stayed in the jetted tub room. It was extremely damp and musky, dark with ver little lights and what lamps were there weren't very bright. The carpets felt wet and bed wasn't very comfortable. I will say thr shower was great!

Some of the rooms have bedbugs !! Me and my wife stayed in this hotel for a few nights in early September 2024. We didn't intend to stay in this hotel, but made a mistake during booking online, because there are 2 hotels of very similar name and similar price in Markham. We intended to stay in the other one, but made booking to this one instead. The cleaning ladies are friendly. The manager tried to deny they have bedbug. The front desk ladies are honest enough to admit that they had bedbug problems and helped us change to another room, and said they already hired and changed a few pets control companies to try to clean the bugs out. However, it's obvious that they need to find a better pets control ! Moreover, the hotel is really too old, and needs a makeover. The other one of the same name is much newer. The location of this hotel is OK, but not as good as the other one of the same name.

Fantastic hotel that was initially a bit confusing from an architectural perspective. The lobby is on the 10th floor and the room numbers go sideways in wings vs upwards by floors. However dont let this put you off. I am just pointing out a different layout that you must not use againat the location. Its actually a fantastic hotel when you know the layout.

Some staff at front desk were nice & helpful but one staff had low energy responding to questions, not so helpful. The in-change person of cleaning team and restaurant team was very energetic lady. Unfortunately, one of her cleaning workers was unresponsive to my request for bath soap/shampoo. We have had three guests in a room but were given a set of Products. Worker said, “ your family is able to share, don’t need two more set of bathroom products”. Avoided to argue with her. I ended up go to the front desk for supplies. Also the coffee maker was very dirty, inside looked like molds. Asked front desk to get a clean one but never saw any worker to bring in another coffee maker. We had to go to front desk again. Poor service from some workers.
