Staff were super friendly but they don’t have a lot of facilities. All I can say is from all the different locations of Hilton Inn I’ve stayed at, this is one of the worst’s.

It says on their web site that they are PET FRIENDLY. When I went to check in they wanted $50 in addition to the somewhat over priced room. The gum chewing (GROSS) clerk just repeated a 2nd time that I'd have to pay additionally. I walked out. I guess they need to update their site AND re-train their staff

Everything has been good except that when we checked in they informed us that the next morning all of the water was being shut off for half of the day. Checkout isn’t until noon, which is great, but water was being shut off by 10. That should have been something they informed us about at some point in the two weeks prior to our stay.

Great hotel, location was a bit out-of-the-way. Nothing nearby. I love the fact, security was touring around the parking lot throughout the night. Cost per night was a little high, but it seems in line with the other hotels

We stayed 2 nights on our way from Montreal to Niagara falls and Toronto, and we were not disappointed. I thought it could be noisy because of the proximity to the highway but it was not the case. Everything was clean, safe and we had very good nights. Nothing bad or weird to report. It might be a little bit outdated if you are picky, but I just care about safety, no annoyances and a good sleep, which it provides. I recommend this hotel. If you stay here, try the delicious Jeera indian restaurant on Fairview st. It was sublime. Also take the time to drive the pleasant Lakeshore drive.
