I like staying at this hotel as its close to my client, prices are affordable and plenty parking. Parking area near the lobby seem safe but there are back areas that I wouldn't park in (dark / don't see cameras around there). The hotel is clean, the front desk staff are nice...however there is a chlorine smell/musty smell throughout hotel (not sure if its because of the pool in the lobby seeping through or the age of the hotel/ventilation/carpets) but its quite noticeable. There's a Starbucks and grocery store/pharmacy as well as variety of restaurants within 10 minute walk (2 minute drive), so that's convenient but beside that there isn't anything closer to hotel. The restaurant lobby service is not great, I've waited before to be served and after 10 minutes sitting there just left. so, for the price, this is good for me, given proximity to my client, free parking.

The room was as advertised. Jacuzzi, decent bed for comfort. Lucky I brought a comfy pillow as the pillows weren't good for the neck. The lobby is old, the red seats are at least 40 years old fading and stained.. You'd think a luxury hotel would upgrade the apolstry in the lobby. The breakfast was lacking. No eggs, no bacon or sausage, they were charging $8 for this. Only juice and bread, cereals for breakfast. The coffee was garbage. Overall, these are all minor cosmetics. We enjoyed the room and that's all that matters. The jets in the jacuzzi are in the wrong spots, they don't actually get your back or lower back and they are on the sides which makes no sense, but I loved soaking in the hot water watching a movie.

Never ever will any of our group of 14 people stay there again. Its unanimous. Housekeeping is great, fron desk is great, restaurant is absolutely terrible. Example- my wife went to adk for a cup of hot water around 915 pm she was told to go stand outside and wait, worse continental breakfast we have ever had. Ran out of coffee, firgot to place 2 of our food orders.just a rotten place overall

Rooms were clean and front desk staff very friendly. The pool is very small and just a few people can make it crowded. The staff in the restaurant on site were more interested in chatting to each other than serving customers with the exception of one older gentlman waiter...he was very nice and gave great service.The menu is very limited with no options for children and it is quite pricey for its quality and portion size.

My partner and I got the “Roman” suite and it was lovely! The jacuzzi was very comfortable for two people. The room service was excellent and food was delicious. We were very happy with our stay. The decor and furniture were definitely dated but that was very charming to me.

We enjoyed our stay however the rooms were so small and the breakfast (bagels/toast, cereal, stale croissants and yogurt) was less than appetizing. Restaurant staff are not friendly at all. Rooms were clean but again, very small.
