Very comfortable, clean room and excellent service from every team member we encountered. We requested extra towels and they were delivered in less than 10 minutes. Clean, warm pool and nice area.

They failed to notify before booking that the property was under renovations. The painting crew had every single accessible parking spot blocked. Which was a huge problem for me having to park very far away. They also advertised as having a hottub, it has clearly been out of order for some time but they failed to advise about that before booking as well. The hotel is far from soundproof, you could hear other guests just walking and talking in the hallway, car alarms woke us up from the next parking lot over, windows and walls must be paper thin. The sofa in our room smelled strongly of urine. The bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean as well, hot water and nice pressure. Overall we were very disappointed and would have not booked had they been transparent when we booked about the Reno’s and the broken hottub.

There is some construction taking place just outside of the hotel. Therefore the accessible parking is not available. When you are bringing in your personal belongings for 3 adult travellers you want to make it easy, clear, accessible.
