l located in the charming town of Blankenberge
Although my stay overall was above average, there were some elements of my stay that needs to be pointed out. First, I am 1m93cm (or 6'4''), therefore I usually need at least a Queen bed. When I made my reservation through Hotel.com, I selected that hotel because it showed that they had Queen beds. However, when I checked-in I was told that Queen beds are only available from their Junior Suites and I was not accommodated by the Front Desk staff (a very fine and nice lady). The information on Hotel,com needs to be accurate to avoid disappointment and frustration. Further, the Hotel.com website showed that the rooms had safes. However, contrary to all hotels, you needed to pay an additional surcharge to have access to the safe. It should therefore be indicated on the website that there is such a surcharge. The same needs to apply to the Hot tub and sauna. It should state that there is a surcharge of €30 PP for a 2 Hrs max usage. People base themselves on the website to make decisions and choices. Let's make sure that the website is accurate. As for the hotel, normal rooms are very small with either a double bed or two single beds. Bathrooms are dated and my sink was clogged (before I checked-in). It was quite cold overnight and there was no heating. As for the staff, extremely friendly and nice. As for the breakfast, great selection and very tasty in a nice dining room with a fantastic service. I understood very quickly why this breakfast was so well attended. Great location.

Great hotel
Amazing place to stay. Location almost next to train station, where you can travel do Brugge. Very friendly atmosphere. Owners very helpful. Recommend this hotel for staying.

Leuk verblijf gehad in dit hotel! De kamers zijn redelijk klein maar zeker in orde. Het was er een beetje warm door de hoge temperaturen maar er is de mogelijkheid om een ventilator te huren indien nodig. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en zeer lekker. Iedereen is het hotel is vriendelijk en er op gericht om jouw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

Pour un hôtel de 3 étoiles il est simplement fantastique ! L établissement est en main d une famille qui se donne à 100 % pour plaire aux clients.. le petit déjeuner est formidable ! J ai déjà eu moins de choix dans des hôtels de haute standing.. hôtel absolument à recommander surtout pour des courtes vacances ! Attention la chambre est simple mais c est propre et c est tout ce qu il faut pour dormir !

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind gut und freundlich ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch einem gemütlichen Abend im Hotelzimmer steht dem nichts entgegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und üppig. Der Service ist sehr gut. Es wird sich ausgiebig um einen gekümmert. Ebenso ist das Personal sehr freundlich und versucht sämtliche Wünsche zu erfüllen. Man ist in diesem Hotel sehr gut aufgehoben.
