Nice hotel in a great location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but all we needed as a place to rest after a day exploring Brussels. The breakfast supplied everything we wanted: croissants, cereal, bread, meats, cheeses, some cooked bits and more. Noises travel round the hotel a bit which disturbed us one of the mornings but otherwise everything was great.

This hotel is so close to Grand Place yet it's so quiet and comfortable inside! Lots of restaurants are available just around the corner from the hotel and on the way to the main plaza of Grand Place! The hotel is clean, the superior king room I had was spacious and with a rooftop view. The staff were super nice and accommodating! I would definitely return!!

Brussels Hotel near train/old town. No hot water.
W had a 2 bedroom/2 bath two floor room that fit 4 people with ample room. AC worked well and the room was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the hot water wasn't working very well so that was very inconvenient. The staff tried to offer other accommodations that were not very pratical (like going to another hotel to take a shower after 11pm). Great location near the train station and very close to old town so able to get around well. Definitely can hear the noise from the streets.
