The hotel is very stylish and the staff are extremely nice. Very clean. Yes the room is small, but it is laid out well. The location is perfect. It was a great pleasure to stay in this hotel and I definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to explore and relax in Brussels

The main part of the hotel seemed lovely. The bar and decor was very nice. We were however really disappointed to not actually be staying in the main hotel, but an annex over the road, which we didn’t even realise was an option. The room was accessible only by very steep stairs. The room was again nicely presented but tiny. Felt it wasn’t worth the money we paid for it if I’m honest. Staff seemed nice enough but being in the annex we only saw them at check in. The location was the best thing about the hotel, especially for the Christmas market. If I’d known which room we’d have been in though, i would have booked somewhere else.

Stayed for 3 nights and it was great. Room was spotless, shower was powerful and hot. A brief 5-10 minute walk to the train station and can walk to everything. Grocery store, restaurants right on the street. Only one thing was the noise at night but when we arrived in our room there was earplugs left for us. If I were to go back to Brussels I’d definitely stay there again. Front staff was friendly and very helpful.

The property is different to you average hotel. The way it is styled is defintely unique and the small attention to details - like the welcome card and small local sweet each upon arrival was very cute. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious and it had a good shower. Although we didn't eat at the restaurant it was incredibly popular (with locals as well!) and the food looked delicious. The location is really perfect for all the central attractions but there is a word of caution here....this also means that it can be a bit noisy. If you are a light sleeper then maybe this is not the place for you. Overall it was a really nice stay

Funky hotel not my style but two blocks from main square. So great location Lobby is a big bar at night but in the morning, like nothing happened. Clean and great breakfast.

Come on baby light my fire
No smoke detectors in the family room. No fire extinguishers in the corridors. General maintenance below par. A stacked away fire extinguisher spotted at the back of a utility closed. Common areas of the main building look good (if you don't mind a very unpleasant light color in the bar and restaurant area - emergency rooms have a warmer atmosphere), but that's about it. Wouldn't recommend for anything else than the location IF you want to be that much in central downtown.

Great location.
Very convenient location for all the sightseeing and its right in the heart of all the activities. Very charming and has a very different decor than other Hotels. Downside is that cabs do not go directly to the Hotel. Pick up and drop off is away from the Hotel which is an inconvenience. Coffee and tea making facilities is available, but no refrigerator or making coffee or tea in the room. Overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend for its difference, charm and location.

Excellent location in the center and withing walking distance to the highlights of the city. Room very spacious and excellent breakfast. One problem, the hotel is located on a pedestrian area and no cars can take you there. You have to walk with your luggage for almost 4 blocks.
