The A/C was not working in many rooms around the hotel. They changed us 3 times from one room to another, but all the rooms had the same problem, and we ended up sleeping without A/C. They offered us free breakfast to compensate the inconvenience.

Look at this hotel no one was friendly at all. It’s like a prerequisite to being an employee don’t smile. There was one lady in the restaurant who was very kind beyond that. It was just very nondescript somewhat of a dirty entrance and a feeling of being unwell for burden that’s all I have to say.

Handy for Brussels Midi station
Hotel carpets and walls could do with cleaning. Very heavy thumping and banging noise constantly on going until quite late in the evening. This banging was so bad it was even shaking the building. No cash whatsoever accepted by the hotel, even for the very expensive €4.25 city tax. However there was one positive, as the bed was very comfortable and also a good choice of television channels. The hotel is very close to Midi station, literally right across the road.

Convenient location
Hotel is directly across Midi train station & metro. Super convenient. However restaurant choices are relatively less. Front desk staffs are very helpful & friendly.
