Property was very close to airport, about 5 minute drive. Rooms were small and are in need of renovations. Water pressure was horrible and water temperature when showering was warm at best. We had issues with insufficient parking one night of stay so had to park in reserved EV spots

The property itself is nice. A lack of customer service as we had to deal with loud kids running around playing football in the halls around our room and other guests rooms the 2 nights we stayed. I blame the parents for letting them do this, we called front desk about it many times and he didn't really help. Also there was no hot breakfast, more like morning snacks and coffee that's it. They should remove from their site online that they offer breakfast. No juice fountain, no ice machine. The shower didn't have good pressure nor was it as hot as we like. You're basically only paying for a decent room. We will absolutely not be staying here again unless it's the cheapest/only option we have when booking a hotel. Would not recommend staying here.

There were 30 kids running around the property playing games and screaming when we arrived. It was chaos. Internet didn’t work.

This property is a shelter called extended stay. The breakfast items were outdated but still being served. This is a buyer be wear stay. It is non smoking 🚭

Couldn’t sleep at night, horrible noises
I wanted to relax for my 1night stay at the hotel cause I do work a lot. I came from Canada and booked this hotel. Hemant at front desk was nice, I couldn’t not sleep at night because the room above me (Just to mention I was on the ground floor room 104) yes the guest at room above me were enjoying their personal moments and were so loud and making weird noise at 2:45 am that I could not sleep. The woman was moaning in such a way that I was alone in my room and I was feeling uncomfortable. The guy was screaming in pleasure pain. After that they were walking in the room and I could hear the thumps from roof which further killed my sleep. Only the good thing was Hemant at front desk and the size of the room. One suggestion I would give for night auditors to walk around the gallery area to make sure that there should be no noise disturbance as people like me visit hotel to relax.

This hotel is older so the walls are thinner and you can hear people walking above you. The staff are amazing. The breakfast is yogurt, instant porridge, packaged muffins. Coffee. (Tim Hortons is less then a block away;) ) There is a strong cleaner smell in the room but we didn’t mind it. The bed was comfy. The pillows were ok. Overall enjoyed staying. Turning left out of the hotel was sometimes a wait.

Microwave not working in room 220 called the desk, staff person said he will be up to check on the microwave. Waited an hour, no one came, called the desk several times, got no answer. Went down to lobby, spoke with staff person on duty about the issue , said he would be up. He did not come. My daughter moved the microwave to the desk and plugged it into a different outlet, it worked. Disappointed in this poor customer service.
