Checking was smooth & easy they charge a $60 refundable deposit for the key cards, as we enter the room right away notice dirty, broken, stain blanket as futher inspection of the bed sheets was also dirty, broken and with stains like theycdidnt changed linens, more than 3 big holes in the walls, missing tiles in the bathroom, shower was dirty, no remote control for tv dirty stain carpet I request new clean bedding they provide me with another set with stains and holes and didn't feet bed i feel disgusted couldn't sleep horrible wasted of money i have pictures didn't give half star cause is not available

The photos listed are not updated. The paint is peeling off the building and walls, rooms aren’t very clean. We found what possibly might have been poo or some brown lump in the corner. Felt gross the minute we walked into the building. Make sure they don’t double charge you on the deposit like they did for me.

I stayed at fairbridge for onevnight as I needed a place to stay for the night since I arrived at buffalo late and was visiting canada in the morning and I am rating it based on that. So to clarify, my five star overall rating is because to me this have provided what I needed perfectly. A nice comfy bed, a clean bathroom and a hospitable people interaction with a smile. So at first the location was close to the airport so going there after a long trip from california was easy. I was met at the reception by a nice lady who was very helpful and supportive. I went to the room which was warm and cozy. Of course it is not a fancy room it is pretty basic but the bed was clean with fresh sheets and a nice blanket. The bathroom was also clean enough to be comfortable. I woke up early and discovered that I have forgot to get gloves. So close to the hotel there was a a few nice places including TJ MAXXX and Ross. There seemed to be other shops and restauranrs around it but I didn't look around I just got what I needed and left. Finally, check out was extremely fast and easy and the other receptionist was also helpful and the location was close to the peace bridge through which I went to Canada. In Conclusion, the hotel itself is a two star hotel that provided me with a five star experience and for that I am grateful

Ehhh I wouldn’t.

Rooms had no sound proofing. One room near mine smelled horribly of marijuana. The first night I woke up to go to the bathroom and found a roach crawling across the bathroom counter. Mold spots where the ceiling meets the walls in the bathroom. Heater made a horrible horrible whining noise all night.

Needed a last minute hotel room. By far the cheapest in the area and close to Exit 49 of the Thruway. Well worn hotel, furniture and bedding. Needs renovating.
