I loved Carl the man in charge of the breakfasts. He interacted well with everyone. He was the only pleasant part. The hotel was dirty and our room had an open empty bottle of wine in the closet and condoms and lubricant from someone else in a drawer.

Convenient to airport. Stayed four days no housekeeping completed by hotel. When checking in overheard customer asking for housekeeping to be completed. He was told they only do it every two days. He was not happy with the answer. I now know why since they never stopped at our room over a four day stay

No microwave in the rooms. You have to go to the hallway where everyone has to share a microwave. The TV in the rooms need undating, very confusing. Bathroom was half clean. The prices they charge they need major upgrade. Especially using the Hilton name.

Perfect place to stay for a early morning flight out of the Buffalo airport. Hotel has a 24 hour shuttle and when it gets there, they easily handle multiple people and bags. Room was spacious, clean, and felt very safe.

Hotel was good, but our room wasn’t very clean. Needs to be vacuumed around the edges and all around the bed. Dust, dirt, lint, and who knows what else was clearly visible. Bed looked like it was made by a 10 yr old. Bedding was crooked, sheets not tucked in in places, bed skirt tucked in in places, pillows not placed well. We had to pull bedding down to make sure hadn’t been slept in prior to our arrival. Hard floors were sticky. Surfaces not cleaned well. I’m not that picky but this room attendant needs to be trained better.
