Cracked window that was covered by tape, TV didn't work, missed cleaning room 2 of 3 nights for no reason (No, my "Do Not Disturb" was NOT hanging). Profanities written on shower glass that would appear when you shower which is evidence of not being cleaned. Dirty towels,never answered front desk phone, rude emplyees.... I think that is enough

On that day night the Airport shuttle staff who picked up is handled our luggages behaviour is very rude he simply pulled the things to ground. We are having babies
