I liked the size of the rooms and the view. However, our room was very noisy - we could hear every word from the family next door (toward the center of the hotel), including running and yelling children, until close to midnight.

Overall, the experience was very good, except for the bed, which could have been cleaner. My companion and I both experienced itchy bumps on our skin, likely due to dust mites on the bedding.

The staff was attentaive and accomdating. The mineral pools were great and pleasurw to use. Great beds that were super comforable. It is about a 15 minute ride to downtown Victoria and wejustbused an Uber. Its very friendly area to walk around with a harbour just around the corner.

Property and area are very beautiful. The in-house restaurants are very expensive and paying for parking is expensive too. The level 2 charging is a great feature. Overall the mineral pools and ocean views are spectacular and the stay was excellent.

This is a spectacular property. A short distance from downtown Victoria, but well worth it. The public areas, the guest rooms and the grounds are beautiful and well appointed. The pool area is right on the water with outstanding service. We'll definitely be back.

This property is a beautiful gem! We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to returning. The view is gorgeous and the team is hospitable. A couple stand outs: Simon at the bar - he is a wealth of knowledge, very friendly and makes great drinks! Lee at the valet - also very friendly and genuine. A real pleasure to be around. Carolina at the pool- she is very sweet and helpful. All in all everyone seems to be very happy working at this lovely hotel.
