The hotel’s location to the harbor and dining was great. It was convenient to have a good restaurant and bar downstairs for nightcaps. We could hear the guests on the other room talking early in the morning which was not the best. The parking was a bit inconvenient but not a whole lot of a big deal.

Very Nice Staff!
The front desk staff were very friendly and informative. The room was smaller than what I booked but had a huge beautiful bathroom! It had an unpleasant odour possibly from.a pet doing its business. It was a little late to request a room change but would suggest they need to do a deep clean and sanitize on the carpets in this room. My previous stay at this hotel did not have this odour, so I think its isolated to room 106.

A great location. First impressions are hard to overcome. The young lady who first greeted us before our room was ready was not friendly, had no information about the hotel or surrounding area and didn’t offer to get any help from someone who might know more. Everyone else we interacted with was fabulous! The room is beautiful!

A good option in Victoria
We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Rialto. We arrived early, but the lady on reception kindly looked after our bags before our room was ready. The location was good and the hotel was clean and smart. Breakfast was not included, but the coffee in the room and at reception was fine and there are decent breakfast options near the hotel.

The biggest flaw for ne was I drive a pick up and the nearby parking was to low clearance so I had to risk street parking a block away loads of homeless people. Fortunately no issues

Botique hotel near downtown
Good location close to downtown, shopping, restaurants, harbor. The queen rooms are small (it's an old building, though updated). On-site restaurant and bar, parking kitty corner in below-ground secure garage.
