Royal Scot offerred a great location, staff were friendly, free upgrade was much appreciated. Room was dated and definetly had worn out parts, but good value for the money. Worked out great for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had two of the 1 bedroom king suites. It’s walkable to all the amazing places to see around the Harbour front. We went to the Empress for high tea, shopping, etc. The rooms are a bit dated but the convenience and the lovely staff are exceptional. Would recommend!

We stayed for one night. Pool and hot tub were fabulous. Staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant was closed; however, generous discount provided for dining establishment nearby. Very clean hotel and quiet. My only recommendation would be updated carpets and bedding (sheets were good, comforter lacking). For sure will return to stay whenever in Victoria!
