Nice hotel with recently renovated rooms. Adjoined pub is a good place to have a drink before walking around the neighborhood which is full of great shops and restaurants.

The air conditioner dripped on my wife's' shoes and she had to dry them before she could wear them. Another guest complained of the same thing. Also, the elevator stopped working for several hours.

Great property in downtown Victoria. Very central and comfortable to walk to the waterfront; however the city does not provide a huge choice of transportation if you want to leave the premises, but it has nothing to do with the property which was nearly perfect
