Lise was amazing
I arrived hours before check in time for a heart operation the next day. Lise was amazing. She checked me in and arranged for a wake up call the next morning and a taxi ride to the hospital. She also recommended a restaurant across the street called Spooners Diner and it was off the charts good. The only not great thing is that the walls are very thin and so a fair bit of noise.

The bathtub was amazing that's it. It was loud, if you complain they do not ask tenants to be quiet. It was loud 24 hours. They will not move you rooms. 3 nights stay, no sleep, filthy. Staff didn't care to help. I warm anyone who wants to stay here. All you get is an apology.

Great location as it’s on the route from the ferry with a stop very close to the Arbutus Inn. I did need to walk down the street after I checked in and there were a couple of times when I felt a bit uneasy. The room was good with a very nice bathroom. The carpet was a bit worn and had a stain. Overall it was great for the $$

I would stay there again
The property bathrooms seemed to have been recently renovated and were in immaculate condition. Although the rooms are a little smaller than in many hotels they were certainly large enough.

So very nice and clean on first inspection. Stayed 2 days room was clean but cleaning under beds and behind dressers. Needed to be done. Dirty in Thea's areas
