I used the search feature to find a spot with a pool and a hot tub. This location advertised both and both are closed. They have offered the alternative of crystal pool which is many miles away and $2 to swim at. This is false advertising and unacceptable.

Good location. Close to government of Canada, fish market and restaurants. Pool ,sauna no bad, but a lot of people. Restaurant in the lobby we didn't used, cuz line up all the time.

Really nice hotel, unfortunately pool and hot tub weren’t in service. Also there wasn’t really any sort of TV programming options. Would have been nice to attach to be able to attach my Netflix or other apps. Staff was excellent!
