If you are looking for a hotel in the perfect location, this is the place. Affordable, staff wonderful, super clean, but a little dated. But would totally stay there again. And refer this place.

The hotel was in a great location and very walkable to the harbor area. It had a nice breakfast buffet. The room was very basic and there was no seal around the door. There was about 1/2 inch gap of light and space all around the door. We were located across from the elevator so we heard noise from the hall and elevator all evening.

The room was very quiet and so close to the downtown area. However, the hotel could use a major update in other areas than the bathroom. We felt the room was very cramped especially close to the closet as you couldn’t open the doors and walk by. I could barely get the ironing board out to do any ironing. In addition, the front desk staff were just ok not super friendly or outgoing. They didn’t even bother to ask us how our stay was or didn’t say thank you for coming in. Also, with the free breakfast, you weren’t allowed to take anything with you to eat back in your room. You had to eat down in the restaurant area. Unfortunately, we do like to take our food to our room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Overall, the room was overpriced in our opinion.

Friendly staff. Very spacious 2 room suite plus large kitchenette. Balcony. Beautiful neighborhood. Quality furniture. A block and a half from the ferry terminal/harbor/Government Street.

The Embassy is a good place to stay. Clean, well maintained and one block off of the inner harbor area. The included breakfast was well presented with many options including two hot food selections. It's a 3 block walk from the BC connector bus that runs to and from the ferry.
