Would stay again.
Very nice hotel, would highly recommend it. Just remember to make sure your room is not near an elevator or on the 2nd floor in the path of people heading to the pool if you like quiet.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived early off the ferry and they were able to let us into our room early. The room & bathroom were super clean. The lobby area & outside we’re beautifully decorated. Easy walk from the ferry terminal. This was our second time staying here.

Was a great place to stay for my grandmas 80th birthday. Was close to the empress where we took her for high tea and close to lots of restaurants. Having Starbucks right across the street was great too!

The shuttle driver was so kind & polite & made suggestions for places to visit & we were very appreciative. The breakfast was delicious!! Overall an excellent stay. The rooms were so spacious. It’s our second time staying here . I would come back again & again.

Staff for free shuttle service knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Ken was fabulous! Complimentary valet service excellent. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Nespresso machine in room a bonus. Breakfast room service well priced and very tasty. Front desk staff accommodating for all your needs. Stayed for 6 nights for a wedding here in Victoria and highly recommend the Chateau Victoria!
