We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed our meal at the onsite restaurant Clive’s.

The hotel is lovely, clean, and in excellent condition. The agent at the front desk was less than stellar. She did not smile, spoke in a monotone, and spoke so quickly that I had a hard time to understand her. I felt that she couldn't wait to get rid of me. I did have to go to the front desk later that day, and was very well received. He was pleasant, smiled, and was most patient and helpful. Thank you:)

Every time we bring our family for our pre Christmas 3 day weekend we are happy to once more be at Chateau Victoria from the welcoming of Mr. Waddington, the efficient checkin and checkout, the friendly maids with whom we have interacted, and staff we meet in the elevators. It was very good. My only complaint was the bed pillows; they were too thick. You should have alternative, thinner pillows. My spine is sensitive and the thick ones made me very stiff and I ended up getting a muscle spasm in my back.
