Bathroom was quite dirty. White powder around toilet and walls and when i picked up the rubber bathmat to put down in the tub, there were suddenly bits of dirt in the tub. We were in a pet friendly room at the end of a long hall. First set of key cards didnt work. After a long day of driving in some harrowing weather in the mountains, we were so tired and didnt need to walk the long hallway twice. It was 730 pm when checked in and i was told the restaurant was not open. I took the dog out of the nearest door and the area by this door was disgustingly dirty. Also, if you have a pet friendly hotel, there should be some area nearby where a dog can go. We had to walk quite a ways on very icy sidewalks in the dark, to find some grass and trees. These arent huge things by themselves but all together, well, we wont be coming back to this hotel.
