Ash and Tien were very helpful. One of the reasons why I come back to Kamloops accent inn is mostly ash. This man deserves a raise. You cannot get better service in terms of finding what works best. The inn is comfortable and very cozy. Lots of amenities in the room and convenience. Will come agakn

This a fantastic hotel to stay in. We has a kitchenette which was spacious and comfortable. They welcomed us and our dog with great service prompt response to our requests and the area has a few good restaurants near us. Easily accessible from the Highway and relatively quiet.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the TV and they sent someone up right away. The beds are very comfortable and linens and room are very clean. There is a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby. I have stayed here several times and will be back again!

Love the clever marketing but also a big bonus to have an actual mini oven and microwave in the room. Room was pretty spacious and quiet. Great to have a little duck and very handy to have lots of charging ports - usb C and usb.

Great location, though a noise from the highway. To our surprise, we found a bit of dishes and cutlery even without kitchenette option. Tried first time this hotel and might be our best option when passing through Kamloops. Great value for the money.
