Friendly staff, great food, clean and child friendly facilities. Rooms are small but clean and have everything needed. Breakfast is worth purchasing with the room.

It was a good hotel to stay. Kids friendly. The breakfast buffet was a big disappointment as the food lack taste and there was no many variety. It's the same food everyday and not value for money. Overall some staffs are friendly and helpful. The room gets cleaned everyday but it's not a very good job. We enjoyed our stay and it was close to the city centre and lagoon.

Checking in was made easy the receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. We ordered some cocktails and a snack at the Bar closest to the pool, the drinks were very nice but we felt the waitress was quite rude when without acknowledgement she slammed (and I mean slammed the food down) like we were an inconvenience. Thinking this was a one off, the following day while my husband swam I went to ask to see the wine list at the same bar and asked to purchase a bottle for my husband and I to enjoy beside the pool when he got out. The bartender said we do not have that wine here, you will have to purchase it from the other bar once it opens (why advertise it then?). Also the pool is cold even on hot days is that normal??? The housekeeping staff for our room were amazing.

Perfect location within walking distance of everything within Cairns CBD. The beach pool is fantastic for the kids. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

2 adults and 2 kids book a pool side view 2 double bed room. Convenient location, room clean up and change towel everyday, nice staff, just a bit small and not enough towel rack in the bathroom for people of 4. Enjoy two meals at pool side for lunch, food taste good.

The pool area was great - my daughter became aquatic. Food decent though service sometimes a bit hit and miss - wrong items or missing cutlery. Nothing that wasn't easily fixed. Room big and clean, some of the fixtures looked a bit old but the wear and tear is expected in this climate - wood blown etc. Staff were all lovely and we had the greateat time. We would come back if we get the chance and stay here again.
