The property itself was good, but the people in and around the hotel was not, late night loud chatting outside the front of the hotel was too loud , hotel should have gone out and tell the people to keep it down , people going in their room need to be more courteous to others , shouldn't be chatting outside their room after midnight. other than that, they hotel location was perfect as it's close to WFM .

Our bed was in poor condition so we asked to switch rooms immediately. The front staff clerk was very accommodating and switched our room but the bed was only moderately better. Older hotel with not a lot of amenities in or around it. The rating was what made us choose this hotel over others in the same price range.

The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Check in was quick. The hotel itself is a little older and has seen its share of wear and tear. The room was clean and sufficient with newer furnishings. Nothing to write home about but gets the job done.
