I was not impressed with this hotel. I got to my room at 10 o’clock in the evening after a long day to find that the room was 15° in temperature. The heat was not on and the window was open. It took probably an hour to heat up the room to 21°, And then I noticed in the bathroom there was soap scum and toothpaste droppings on the sink. I was too tired to deal with it in the evening mentioned it to the attendant while checking out did not even get offered a refund or discount at least.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in service was good. Restaurant service was a little slow. Buffet breakfast was not the best. French toast was not cooked properly and was soggy and choice of sausage or sausage patties that smelled and looked bad. There was a waffle maker that saved the day! Rates were good!

The staff here were amazing! We stayed in a large room but overall the room was very clean and spacious! Would definitely stay here again!

Our server, Sandra, in the lounge provided 5 star service! Our check in and check out was very good as well. The concern was the obvious cigarette smoke that was in our room when we booked a non smoking room. May book directly with the hotel next time.

House keeping do better
When daughter and I crawled into bed we noticed something hard in the middle of the bed, we discovered a lighter under the mattress protector and under the sheet. Didn’t cause a stink as it was late upon check out gave the lighter to desk agent and told her where we found it. No offer of a discount and no apology. Slightly disappointed.

An ok place to stay , lovely looking inside!
The property is near the highway and train tracks, which is obviously noisy. Previous trip the train was loud and woke me up 3-4 times. This time they put us in a room facing the highway which was not that bad but close to the elevator which was busy on and off all night with guests making noise. There was a lack of water pressure on floor 4 and you could see dirty hand prints all over the walls. Parking is hard to find near the building as well, but lots of parking available to guests in large dark parking lot.

Unfortunately the first room had a terrible smell that was poorly covered up with some terrible air freshener. The second room was dimly lit and unfortunately, there was a ton of fruit flies in the bathroom. After I switched to a third room, the room was OK but faced the inside courtyard with no natural light. I ended up checking out early the following day.

Lobby was nice. Rooms are very dirty. Lots of fruit flies. Towels are old and rough. Lots of hair on the floor specially in the bathroom. Old and dirty carpet. Some holes on the wall.. sketchy. Googly eyes on the lamp.. it just mean that housekeepers are not detailed in cleaning the rooms. Called the front desk but didn’t do anything to help. We bought apple cider vinegar and set traps for the flies. Never staying here again.
