The room is very spacious, with a very nice view being on the top floor. The toilet has heated seat just like in japan with bidet using hot water with dryer, it made me feel like i am in Japan. The only thing that we did not like is the tub not draining fast enough while we were showering so our feet is soaked in shower water the whole time. The room is also quiet and our sleep was great.

Overall, the stay was delightful. I have only a few concerns/complaints, such as the AC unit not being very good, not blowing enough cool air, and having to leave the window open overnight. I could not find the switch to turn on the vent in the bathroom. Lack of parking around the hotel was tough in order to check into the hotel, lots of construction around downtown.

Only negative is there was an event in the city and the hotel was sold out. This caused ythe hotel to over sell the parking that is provided as i went out for a brief period and found there was no parking available.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. For the hotel being sold it, it was very quiet. The walk to Rogers Place was easy and quick. Check in took way too long. The hotel was very busy but once you got to the desk it seemed like it too a min of 20 min for each guest to check in. There as zero parking. The hotel parkade was full. The additional designated lot was full. We had to park a 2 blocks away and pay to use a private lot.

The overall stay wasn’t terrible. The parking was absolutely painful in a truck. I would suggest only purchasing the on location parking if you have a tiny car because the parkade is horrid. The room was 10degrees when we entered which would have been fine if it was still hot outside but it’s not. The clock in the room was also incorrect time which is a very small pick and choose but if I’m paying $300.00 a night, a clock with correct timing should be included. Again, it wasn’t a terrible stay but I will not be staying here again.
