Breakfast meh- no dairy products. They sent me a text asking if I needed anything, so I told them I needed hand towels and shampoo. They never responded. They tried to charge me more than my reservation at check-in. I had to request they honor the reservation as stated. They did. Everything else was just fine. I would stay again.

The included breakfast is fantastic. For the most part the front desk staff were great. Beds were very comfortable. We asked for extra bedding for the pullout couch but never received any. With all this being said—the hotel was very busy due to the Jasper wildfire evacuees so I’m sure that had an impact on services. Room and hotel in general is showing signs of wear and tear. Bathroom walls were quite dirty (blood specks) and I’m thankful I had brought Lysol wipes with me to wipe down the walls and some surfaces. Bathtub had standing water in it when we arrived. Overall it was a place to stay and we had a good night’s sleep but won’t be staying here again.

The location of this property is close to all amenities. Traffic flow in almost every direction. Theres breakfast lunch and supper options in house. Staff are friendly. Wide open parking area. Exclusive locked area available for quiet easy access thats serviced with multiple entrances and annelevator. The rooms are modern and clean. No pool. But has meeting rooms available for rent. Has a bar and VLT's if thats what you like. An ATM is available on site. No on site convenience kiosk or store. Did not see an area for internet access or a computer but i wasnt looking either. Theres a large canopy at the front door for check in as well.

We were at the end of the hall on the 1st floor close to an exit door noise all night with people entering and exiting also people would prop the door open and smoke which wafted into.our room. Also people slamming door all night

Though this property has good reviews I fail to see how. Everything was old and dated. Nothing was in good condition. They were also hosting evacuees from some place and there were many younger people roaming the hallways. We saw one young man get out on floor 2, then when we left our room on floor four he was hanging out in the hallway there. Left us with a bad vibe.
