Check in/out process was simple and easy, room was clean and spacious. The Jacuzzi room might not be worth the money if you're on the 4th floor, as the water pressure isn't good enough to fill the tub in a timely manner, but if you have enough time to wait for it, it's a wonderful relaxing bath. No issue with the staff, everyone I interacted with was polite and respectful, and good at their jobs. The cleaning staff is incredibly fast and detailed! Overall it was a good experience.

Breakfast was alright. Room was very run down. Black marks all over the walls. Bed spreads looked grubby so I just through them in a corner on the floor. Bedding seemed clean but bed frame itself needed some attention.

First time in a while I'm underwhelmed
Have been staying here for numerous Edmonton trips in the past and this trip was the first time I decided to look elsewhere for alternatives. I'm not saying it's a bad place to say, just that I'm starting to see a slight decline in the value of staying here. The location is excellent albeit frequented by unhoused residents of the area. A little more of a refresh here and there and it would be back to good value I think. Breakfast is a decent spread with all the basic staples. Staff are excellent.
