We had a brilliant night over there… Rome theme room was awesome.. we were little worries about cleanliness after heard reviews… But to be honest Room was superclean.. managable.. Especially Jacuzii was lit vibe.. we will definitely come back soon and book other theme.. Good experience

Everything was old and broken in our room. Safe didn't work, bathroom has stains, missing grout, faucets ready to fall off. Carpets are olda and dirty. The walls are all marked up. I've stayed in third world countries that have nicer rooms.

Roman theme room
Roman room was impressive. Apples and cookies given at check in. Check in was fast. Jacuzzi tub worked great. Bed was hard and not as comfortable as home. Shower was aesthetically pleasing and worked well. Room service food was quick and also delicious. Check out was quick and easy.

The elevators are so slow considering they have four (one out of order) wait times at least 30mins at times. So hit in our room; maintenance came then was freezing. Asked for daily room cleaning; never came the last 2 days - had to ask for more towels. Unfortunately wouldn’t want to stay again . But considering it’s the only hotel attached to the mall that’s a nice convenience

Room wasn't ready had to sit and wait in the lobby for an hour. Manager said he put $30 credit toward room service but that wasn't true Water pressure was low took hours to fill the tub. And at the end lineup for elevator was crazy waited for half hour and still used stairs from 7th floor. I don't recommend it to everyone. I sure won't go there again.

The first night was terrible due to an icy air leak in our room, and the heater stopped working around 5:00 AM. They upgraded us to another room for an additional $90, but after I complained about the issue, they waived the upgrade fee.

We asked for early checkin and they said no problem, and that they would text as soon as they had the room ready. Unfortunately they texted the wrong number and when I tried to call them to ask if our room was ready there was no answer at front desk. The phone just kept ringing.

Hotel has drastically declined in customer service
Where to start. Booked for 2 nights. They gave us a room that was extremely noisy from the heating pipes, so they moved us to a room a few doors down. My university daughter had some work to do, and noticed there was no chair at the desk. We were told they would “see” if a chair was available?? Huh?? There was a chair at the desk in the other room. So after asking 3 times, they literally brought up a chair from one of the banquet rooms, and threw it in the room like they were doing us a favour? Then the room heating did not work, I was told that it’s extremely cold out, so they didn’t think they could make the room warmer, and then offered us a small heater, which never came. I used to stay at this hotel all the time when my kids were young, but after this stay, I will not book here again. Oh, and there was an alarm going off for an hour the second night, to which again, we were told to stay in our rooms, with no idea how long this would take. This hotel unfortunately seems to have gone downhill, and would not recommend to anyone to stay at again. To add insult to injury, as asked for one hour later checkout, and told it would cost $25. Never again

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They really do make you feel safe and at home. My only complaint would be the pillows weren’t the greatest, ill bring my own next time, but the cleaning staff were great and friendly as well.
