Location is good, the rooms were clean and spacious. The the tv setup was strange with the TV at 90degrees from the bed. Fine for one as there is an arm chair not so grate with 2. Great stay.

We expected more with the price of this hotel. No microwave in room - community microwave in the lobby for guests. Hotel is older and starting to show it. Did not use glasses in room as not sure if actually clean. Door jams have not been cleaned in a long time, I wish I took pictures. Have stayed in older hotels that were cleaner than this hotel. Staff was amazing and seriously this was the highlight of our stay. Would not pay the price to stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

Quick trip to Edmonton. The Westin was a very comfortable and clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Location is convenient to rapid transit and many restaurants downtown.
