Great stay
Took a small family vacation to West Edmonton mall. Was excellent to come back to the hotel and relax due to the great environment at the Hyatt. Hotels well kept great people that were their nice and friendly. Breakfast was great. Hotel swimming pool and hot tub are open and running, just fine. Well done thank you for accommodating our family with a great visit.

Overall hotel was great. Very busy and noisy on the floor both nights we stayed with doors slamming at all hours, waking us up. Rooms were not tidied between nights which was disappointing because I stay in hotels instead of rental properties for this reason. I also asked for adjoining rooms with my family and on the phone when I called they said they could but upon arrival they weren’t able to because of the room I chose. A phone call to ask would have been preferred.

This is by far the worst upoer tier hotel i have ever stayed at. I had this hotel for 3 nights. Tue very first night the blackout blind roller got jammed and broken. They coukdnt fix it till 2 pm next day. I was feeling frustrated and suffocated,, GM said its just a briken blind!! SMH!! I was couped up im a $235 room, that felt like a dungeon and nothing more than a basement suit. Azad told me to deal with Expedia although i was already at the property. And the issue easnt bookkng related.. I regret ever staying here and wasting my money. Third world customer service at best. I was even more disappointed by Ecpedia than the hotel itself. Expedia also showedr the highway and yold me that there is nithimg expedia can do either.. Just deal with staying in a room that had no view of the outside world. I was forced to stay in confinement!! In a room that boasted about higher floor and the view. In frustration i stayed up all night in antcipation that maintanace will come by.. But no one showed up for almost 15 hour.. Screwed up my sleeeping cycle.. Basically slept though the day and stayed up all night!! Awful awful awful!! Not recommended at all.. Therr are plenty awesome places to stay with worldclass customer service for the kind of money these awful place charges.

This is my go to hotel whenever in Edmonton. It’s clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly(majority of the time anyways)
