"We had an amazing time at this hotel! Our positive experience started wirh the pick-up at the airport with one of their employees who exceeded expectations by guiding us through the entire airport process and getting us to the hotel safely. Hotel staff were very pleasant, welcoming and accomodating. The hotel itself was very clean and provided a "home-like" atmosphere during our 2 week stay. Several staff and departments exceeded expectation to include the congierge/guest services with booking day trips/transportation, and the housekeeping staff who were extremely pleasant and helpful as was the Room Services staff! Room service was delicious and beautifully presented each time. Hotel staff were very gracious and the hotel property itself was safe and secure as we entered and left the property for excursions. There are not enough words to say how Awesome this staff was, they really made our overall experience and stay in Cairo great and safe!"
