Hotel is lovely. Nice location. We had some service issues though. Sent dry cleaning day before needed and it took more than 24 hours to return, leaving our shirts unavailable for dinner reservation. We did receive a 20% discount which was appreciated. Also we ordered breakfast room service which was not delivered apparently because dnd was on door. We did not see anything on the form that indicated this would be a problem. Some staff seemed indifferent to inquiries about issues but most were friendly and helpful.

Our stay was perfect as the location was central and easy to walk to many theatres and Covent Garden and was surrounded by many good restaurants and bars The hutel was very comfortable and clean

The stay was great! Absolutely amazing property and the staff were so so helpful and kind. I only had a bit of an issue with my invoices which doesn't quite make sense but will definitely go back.
