First of all before going up to my room I was booked to a room that was booked already . I get to my room and it had a broken bed that was so noisy . I was moved to another room and I woke up with bed bugs. I was traveling with my 2 year old and I approached the staff and they offered no resolution or support . Never staying here again and don’t recommend

The property was ok, but nothing around is great. It’s unsafe location. Tiny lobby, staffs are terrible 😞 except the guy helped us checking in. But the two ladies were there, when we checked out, they were chatting & on the phone and we waited there to check out. Rooms are so small

It was okay. The other reviews made it seem like it would be awful but it was significantly better than expected. The room was clean - no bugs and nothing that was outright dirty. The bathroom has some toiletries (soaps, tissues, shampoo, lotion) and was also clean. There was a small iron and ironing board which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fine after I put it in a cooler setting. For breakfast, there was cereal, eggs, toast and some fruit - it was all okay. For a one night stay, this is fine and the hotel staff were very nice and helpful

Awful, worst room ever.
Horrible room, very dirty, no toliet seat. No bar soap. We were told we could not change rooms. We asked for a refund so we could go to another hotel. Then they decided to give us another room which was just as dirty but had a toliet seat. Then we had to break a small little piece of soap and share from my sister in law in the next room. Needless to say first and last time we ever stay in any Comfort Inn.

I like to have a hotel phone in my room. I needed a wake up call and the man at the desk said he would come and knock on my door. The man at the desk when I left ...just after 5 AM was not the same man and I wonder if he passed my message re a wake up call to his replacement.

Small room compared the rooms we had here in the past. No extras in the room...refrigerator, ice bucket. Bathroom sink counter wasn't cleaned well. At front desk...no hot water and no ice.
