The Hotel was very central to most places. A large amount of cafes and bars and shops in the area. Literally 2 mins from the Cannes Railway station and about a 5min walk to the Beach.

Caroline is charming, very welcoming and responsive. The hotel is located in a cobblestone street, above restaurants, cafes and shops. Beautiful promenade, and a short walk from the beach and train station. Classic architecture, with windows facing the street. Regardless, the room was quiet due to great noise isolation. Merci!

Carolyn was great! We had to do a late check in and she made sure we were able to access the room. Room was nice, Free good coffee and in the middle of the action in town. I will stay there again.

Good location. Basic room with AC and was good and in good shape. Only drawback was that the elevator was out so we had to climb 3 flights each time to get our room (including when lugging luggage).

I can say that Carolina hotel is the best choice for staying in Cannes city. Actually Carolina hotel is the center of Cannes! You have everything down and nearby, restaurants, coffeeshops, shopping, bakery, Monoprix… etc Short access to the beach. You don’t need to go away for dining, everything’s there. First at arrival you feel at home, i’d like to thank Mrs Carolina for her warm welcome. Spacious rooms, clean, comfy, super wifi, smart tv, coffee machine. When you walk up you’ll remember the beautiful old days of 70s, 80s & 90s! You must come to see that. My next trip to Cannes, definitely i’ll book again with Carolina.

What a find , all the reviews are bang on. An exceptionally warm welcome from Carolina and Max. Hotel is in the middle of everything walking distance to anywhere on a beautiful paved cafe street perfect for people watching. Had all Of my pre requisites for a work trip , great bed great blackout curtains and a great shower plus an area near reception serving comp coffee , tea , juice and water can’t fault it and have already booked for next year , you should too

A hidden gem of a hotel
This hotel is an absolute real gem right in the heart of the old town, literally a few minutes walk from the beach, and all the amazing sights in Cannes. You have a really good supermarket about 50 meters away and you walk out on restaurants from the entrance. The train station is a 5 minute walk away. Caroline the owner is a wonderfully hospitable person and Max the dog is gorgeous. Highly recommend staying here!

I love everything about this hotel! This hotel is incredible value for money and so cute. The owner is extremely helpful and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. Located in a beautiful street, just 4 minutes from the beach and a 3-minute walk from Cannes Train Station. So you have easy access to shops, restaurants and anything you need. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay. Than you so much Carolina!

Highly recommend a stay at hotel Carolina . Close to all amenities of course I was there for the Cannes Film Festival. The room was a great size the shower was Lovley with plenty of hot water . The bed was soo comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay . Downstairs from my hotel were all the restaurants caffe s it was also close to beach . The host Caroline was wonderful she even gave me a beautiful soap gift to part with . I'm already planning my next visit .

A gem of a property, very conveniently located within walking distance of all the sights, clean rooms, welcoming staff, I also loved the small terrace and the free coffee. Will definitely be returning again!

Good Hotel...I would book again
It's not a 4 star hotel, but it's really nice for a budget. Has a mini fridge, close to the train station. Sure bathroom is small but this is Europe (and again this isn't a 4 star hotel). You can hear your neighbors through the walls so be mindful of that. Carpet was well used but wearing flip flops covered my germaphobia about feet. Bed was comfortable. Towels were big and soft. Staff very nice and friendly. Just make sure to tell them the right time your going to show up for them to let you in. (You must tell them through hotel com your arrival time, as they are not staffed in the afternoon. If you arrive early you will have to wait, or I did but I was really early.
