Good comfortable stay!
Great location, great bed & pillows, clean, comfortable, large room, good water pressure, easy parking, helpful service. Breakfast was perfectly fine for a few days, ceiling fan broke and wasnt working throughout our stay. They were accommodating and we got lucky that another room was free so we moved their portable AC unit into our (bigger, more expensive) room. Overall, i would recommend. It’s a clean, basic, great value place in a brilliant location.

Spring Tide Inn is an excellent place to rest
It's a peaceful, noise-free guest house, with lovely staff, very caring. The rooms are spacious, with all facilities You would need in a room. AC system can be improved, the mobile device can be noisy and disturbing your sleep. It's close to the sea (sea point area), with cool breeze from the sea, lots of restaurants around, with variety of continental dishes. I can say that all tourists stay around sea point. Good break fast is served. it's all good, you wont regret staying at Spring Tide Inn

Friendly but could use a renovation
The manager was very friendly and accomodating, helpful in every way. The Inn is located in a great location in Sea Point. The room is a little run down and the lobby area does not feel particularly clean.

Very homely
Location and staff are great. Earl even took our little girl out to feed the fish when she got irritable at breakfast and gave us a well needed break to finish our food. Breakfast was hearty, and free Wi-Fi and off street parking was great. Private bathroom had a bath/shower. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Rooms are all very different, and although we didn't have one of the big rooms, there was still plenty of space in there. Great value and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect location
Small but very nice hotel with excellent location at Seapoint Area. Arrived early from a flight but they made a room ready for me quickly. Only drawback is that they not serve. Will stay here next trip to Capetown
